In 2022 we'll start with the WOMENMATTER/S CIRCLE. In this membership, you will find like-minded and ambitious women. We regularly invite experts to share their experiences with you. The network that you build up and the access to tools and resources make you a self-confident player on the job market.

We have different offers for female students, job seekers and career women. Because we know that your budget might look different depending on where you are in your career. And we want to cater to your individual situation. We can't wait to meet you!

We are strong advocates of lifelong learning and our personal goal is to find innovative and long-term approaches to fill the female talent pipeline and advance women from entry level positions through all levels.

From our +10 years each in the corporate world, we know that a single person can influence our entire career path – by giving us valuable feedback or giving us access to their network. We want to be that person for you! We want to make our knowledge and broad network available to you.

We know that 'having a career' can be a long, stagnant process for us women. With the womenmatter/s Academy, we make it easier for you to get promoted to the next management position. At the Academy, we give you the knowledge, tools and resources you need to follow your path, sell your value, master office politics, communicate properly, build the right network and learn how to deal with criticism.

You can attend the Academy by signing up for individual modules or as a whole. We open the Academy a few times a year.
